I saw a early 2000's Tahoe today with more money in oversized rims and the front half of a suspension lift than probably the entire truck was worth. Dude driving it looked like your typical Kyle.

True, but I don't have any hardware that will work for the winch to begin with.

 

Rear is slightly lower right now, still waiting for all the parts from Metal Tech. Just did the front shocks for now. Rear measure about 1" lower to the frame.

Only front shocks swapped right now. Still waiting for the rear stuff to show up. Also still have to replace the front LCAs, waiting on those too.

Cause I don't feel like fucking around swapping the LBJs and control arm bushings. Already have them ordered. Of course, the other thing was not having a press. It can be done with a bench vise but it's a PITA.

And I just came across a deal for a 12 ton press, so I'll pick that up. But still, I've got new on order, SuperPros that are offset adjustable. I'll rebuild the stock ones for spares or to use on my daughter's Tacoma.

 

Wait; you gave me shit for not wanting to do my UBJ cause I said I might need a press and now you don't want to do your LBJ for the same reason?

I haven't seen 4th Gen 4R LBJ's so I can't say.

I know UBJ just pop out for what seems like 90% of Tacoma/4R owners; I don't want to be that 10% that has to dismantle a spindle and not have anyone to take it to.
