Nothing super exciting today. Drove to the gym and grocery store. Came home to find a package from Meso customs. The load resistors for my stage1 total taillight mod. I installed those so now they work with no hyper flashing.

As much as it sucks to have a vehicle ruined like this, it's better if everyone walks away with only minor injuries -- if any at all.

A woman (who happened to be DUI) crashed her van yesterday, got ejected, and air lifted to Memphis Region One trauma center. They think she will be ok, but she earned a $50K 15 minute air ride.

Vehicle totaled. Her passenger went by ambulance to Region One as well. He's also expected to be ok.

    My advice to anyone:

If you choose to use any type of intoxicating substances, that's on you. But don't drive. Please.

We've arrested a parent waiting in line at a local school. Parent fell asleep behind wheel. Person was "drunk" on both alcohol and drugs.

    Waiting. To. Pick. Up. Kids.

    At. School.

Person put kids, staff, others, and themself in danger.

Ok, I'm off my soapbox. :hattip:

Back to stock. Already feels like it rides better and I got rid of the stupid wheel spacers. The window visors are new-ish also, haven't posted about them at least.

I vape, leaves it smelling much nicer in the cab and leaves my lungs feeling much happier. As for size, I had put a set of 285/70/16s on it, with 1.5" wheel spacers. The ride was stiff and more bumpy than usual and the power curve was noticeably affected. MPG impact remains to be seen.

I agree. Too many options out there to be driving impared. He didn't even hit the brakes, no skid marks. No clue what he was looking at but apparently it wasn't the road. Just glad they're all ok.

Molle bottle holder, same one I use on my GoRuck. Flat when not in use, and expandable to fit just about any bottle a reasonable person would use.

did my first mod to my new truck....grill lights from @jrich44 I love the way it looks, and they were pretty easy to install. He did custom blue for me, but I had to check to see if they were legal in my state before we committed.

next planned mod is wheels and tires....

Part way thru a bed rug install. Works well w backflip mx4 bedcover. Will be doing modifications to accommodate swing box, Mountain tailgate panel, and bed stiffeners. Just a drive around the block is noticeably quieter in deadening noise coming from under and around the composite bed.

Product is super high quality and the fit is absolutely perfectPXL_20210306_233506703.jpg

People like that probably shouldn't have kids. I see and hear about some bad things parents do at school too. I feel really bad for the kids.
