Hey guys, I’m in need of some help.
Destroyed the bulb socket that holds the parking light on my 2008 and I can’t find a part number anywhere...

ETA - found it, ordered a couple just in case.

Was hooking these leds on the pro grill and wasted my drivers side holder.

Just used the 3m adhesive and it works great, it's not going anywhere.

Only thing I would add is to let the glue setup a few minutes before applying the emblem so that it doesn't run down the grill.

Today was my first time ever clay-barring a vehicle, and what a difference it makes! I finished with a ceramic wax coat which blows conventional wax out of the water. The paint on this truck hasn't looked this good since production.

Added some longer bumper studs for a friend today. He wanted to add a bumper brace but there isn’t enough thread engagement because of the thickness of it. M10x1.25 50mm long. Just use a cutoff wheel to cut off the back with precision and gently work it out with a hammer being careful not to bend the surrounding sheet metal.

Pull the bolts through and use a nut to hold it in place. Throw a little weld on the back and voila.

Yeah I’ll leave it on through the fall when I’ll put the tonneau cover back on. I don’t drive the truck much anyway it sits a lot

To an extent yes. Depends on how much you want to get paid out by them, they'll give you a maximum of $1000 extra for aftermarket additions. The rep told me I could take some stuff without him lowering the payout since the suspension, lights and wheels maxed the $1000 out. I took my okole seat covers, platform bed, light bar, and bed mat. If I had another set of wheels and tires to trade out on there I would have, but didn't have anything to throw on there. Anything else was damaged in the wreck and wasn't worth it. Honestly super happy with the whole process from them. Good service for sure.

Nothing is covering them but I’m trying to come up with something. Definitely don’t like how easy access it is to the back of the fogs. Couple of screws and they’re out. Anyone can take them

I know what you mean, my liners "self clearanced" and water has been getting into my passenger fog. Took it out to drain.. takes about 45 seconds to pop them out.
I have plans to make some fender liners after I cut up my fenders for bigger tires in the future. Just curious to see what other members have done.
I hope those don't get ripped off. People are dixks

You could use some security hardware bolts to make it harder to remove. I've done that with all my lighting.

Thanks! I used the Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic liquid wax in the green bottle. It goes on really easy and the finish is unlike anything I've ever used before. I'm not sure if it's a true ceramic or maybe it's a hybrid version of it, but it works.

    Never enough
Reporting back in while out camping. Jackery indeed turned off overnight when it was so cold that the fridge wasn't turning on. As you said wasn't an issue since it was colder outside than it was in the fridge. Plus is that after 36 hours of fridge use I still have 75% of Jackery battery.

Yea sorry, forgot to mention that. I used a clay bar with Meguiar's quik detailer for lubricant, and then I used Meguiar's polish for certain areas like the hood. Followed that up with the ceramic wax.

After checking this page out I think the plugs are definitely counterfeit based on several of the criteria pictured on that site.

I guess that’s what I get for going cheap. I bought new NGK #7787 from Oreilly so I couldn’t compare them side by side. Runs Better then when I threw those POS plugs in 5k miles ago!
