Having the same issue here. My sensor(s) will stop sending pressure readings randomly. I don't know if it's one or all. 2016 Tacoma as well. I don't recommend this but I did it yesterday when the light started flashing again. Once I got home from my commute I parked and got off the truck with it still running. I gave each tire a kick and by the time I got back around and looked inside, the dang light was off. I was like damn I should have paid more attention to which kick turned it off. I guess I'll wait until next time and be more cognizant when I'm doing that but I didn't expect it to work. I can now say that I'm closer to narrowing it down to a bad sensor, now I just got to wait for it to happen again and hope that my karate moves work once again; checking the dash after each judo kick.

Perhaps I will have to attempt my own wax on, wax off technique on the tires and see what happens.

Get an Autel TPMS tool, it will run the diagnostics and tell you whether the batteries are good and it will allow you to reset the TPMS sensors to ensure they are programmed correctly in the ECU. Had an issue with my light coming on and off and the tire pressures not reading, reset it using the Autel tool and works perfect again.
