thats the NESN clowns , they're almost unwatchable

every play by play team is homers to some extent but they're fucking brutal

 

Boston is up 5-0 and now they're going after the refs for calling an instigating minor against Boston because Boston instigated another fight with Wilson

They're pretty hard done by those Bruins

 

Any time a Bruins fan complains that a call goes against them, I show them the picture or video evidence of their (now former) Captain trying to kill off a superstar and getting away with it without any punishment.

 

Just one of many...

 

I only liked the bruins for destroying the leafs in the playoffs. It's a team that has a lot of dirt under their nails.

How about dem Pens. I didn't realize Pittsburgh - Philadelphia was a 3 games series. Oh well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Sweet goal by Crosby last night against the Rangers. He is still playing at a very high level, given he is no longer the Kid.

The talk around town is Hextall might consider trading Letang or even Malkin. Maybe it's just rumors. Both have actually stepped up their game and are playing well at the moment.

 

I didn't understand that at all, but I'm not really in the loop with what happens in Calgary (although I like watching that team.)

The Flames have hired eleven coaches since 2000. At least that's what I heard on the radio and I'd believe it. The Sutters are Hockey royalty in Alberta. He's being brought in because the organization thinks he can be a coach for more than two years. The word stability is being tossed around a lot.

I agree it's a bad move though. Sutter likes a grinding, defense first, game that I don't see the current Flames roster playing. I could see this hiring backfiring quickly.

 

Ya for sure. His coaching style seems like a weird fit. While I agree, they could certainly stand to tighten up defensively, his style is going to handcuff a few of his key players. Like you might as well just trade Johnny G right now lol. Probably Monahan also. Possibly could be good for Bennett and Tkachuk though. I dunno. I guess we will see.
