Agreed. It's hard to make a real evaluation/comparison until you have a tank of gas through it and the tune settles in a bit. The butt dyno definitely feels a little bit more power on 91/93, but it's not crazy.

As far as the tune settling in, I have found that on my truck I can speed the process up somewhat. If I drive it for ~20-30 min after flashing and clearing learned values and the shut it down for a few minutes, a lot of the weirdness goes away on the next startup.

Think of fuel grades as tuning. 87 will be more mellow. 91+ will me more aggressive.

    You're welcome!

On my side, I hosed up the registration on my desktop twice. I was in full idiot mode.

I bought my 2018 Taco Tune Pack 04A61 and flashed my truck. I love it and want to start tuning all 3 gen Tacos in NC. I upgraded to the latest software and see that it takes 4 credits per VIN...no problem. When I connect to another vehicle and go online...Select Prepare ECU...Will the tunes for that truck whatever year it may be....be available to me? When I click on Select Calibration File will I be able to select a file and then select Calibrate ECM? If not what do I have to do in order to start tuning other trucks?

    Excellent!

No. You will need to get the Tune Packs for each ECU ID that you want to flash.

Is there a package that allows me access to all ECUs. How can anybody travel to a location and tune trucks without that?

Buy it in advance as Mat’s always busy and tries his best to keep up with the high volume of requests.

who else is excited about the possibility of classes/webinars for VF tune? I really hope they become available I want to learn everything I can about this and without any prior tuning experience this is all a little daunting when it comes to the editing part and knowing exactly what all this stuff does. I guess for now just stick to the easy flash of pre-built packs. I am still amazed at how easy the process is and how much of a huge difference it makes.

I would love a walk through of the shift and airload algorithms.
