Yeah, that’s probably toast. The entire front end would need to be replaced at minimum. No telling what is damaged in the engine compartment and underneath the truck, let alone the frame. Fender pressed into passenger door too. Nah... Even if by some chance they fixed that, I wouldn’t want it anymore.

We assisted on a rescue, a tacoma slid down a hill and it a front end loader plowing. The women was shaken up but 100% fine not even a scratch. I called 911 and the wife checked her out. The engine had a cracked timing cover and the belt was off on thr ground.. Needless to say these front ends fly apart with all the plastics. Donezo

Good point. You already know the radiator and all that is done. Likely pressed straight into all the pulleys on the front of the engine.

My 2017 Tacoma had $7500 damage and was only half as bad as yours. Airbags didnt go off so it will be hard to tell. Honestly I hope they total it because it will never be right again after a hit like that.

My coworker t-boned his 1992 Lexus LS400 into the side of some woman’s suv at like 50mph and he only got 1 small bruise. The damn airbags deployed 10 seconds after the impact and the entire front of the car was was lodged into the cab too lol. Glad you’re okay!

I bought a 2006 tundra that looked much like that when another driver on a cell phone ran a 4way stop sign. Insurance totaled the truck.
