    The Meijers around here carry Valvoline synthetic 75/90 gear oil. Just for convenience I'll probably go with that next time around....just because I can only get Mobile 1 at the parts stores....not that that is all that inconvenient every 30k miles. But still.

    Nice.

    I gassed up the Yaris and Corolla and made a trip to Meijer this morning.

    Also changed the oil in my neighbor's zero-turn, aired up the tires, greased all the zerks and cleaned the air filter.

    Probably tackle his push mower next weekend

    Morning folks! Swapped out the battery on the SLK only to find out the brakes go to the floor, somebody friggin' shoot me! I can only hope it just needs the system flushed and bled, but in the back on my mind I'm wondering if it's the master cylinder. Also the coolant sensor is going kaput. Never let German cars sit... It's gonna have to warm up before I start dicking with that thing...

    So I did a thing this morning.
    Fellow members friend has a issue with his radio.
    There is a update for it.
    Local dealers for some fuckin stupid reason won’t update it until they duplicate it.
    WTF people.
    I can’t for the life of me understand moron thinking.
    So I got his info and downloaded the correct file this morning.
    Bought a thumb drive and will send it out to his place with install instructions.

    Same thing with trans updates.
    If they are having questions and the update has mention of it
    UPDATE THE FUCKIN UNIT.
    The first thing Toyota will ask if we call them and if they have updates
    Is if it has the latest version.

    :annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:
    :frusty::frusty::frusty:

    I’m so glad my time finish line is in my windshield..

    The dealership won't update software for folks? That seems kinda scummy, sounds from what you're saying that it would be a quick thing for you to do and would build rep with customers...
