Had mine done and the CAL ID from an OBD reader says: 866650407200
Is that what it should show?

Yes 407200 is the latest. You were most likely on 407000 or 407100 before the update.

Truck never got this MPG before. 3rd time I got this off the dash display since the TSB.

    Bump...

Q: Has anyone noticed any difference in 4x4 performance after having the TSB applied?

TSBs affected every mode for me. All positive.

Examples?? Besides more throttle response and shorter shifts, what else??

Not just throttle response, but control and consistency.

I'll 2nd this. ECT seems to be more refined and controlled. 4x4 seems to have smoother power transitions between on & off throttle. Transmission still doesn't shift as smoothly as I'd like, but it's better than it was. I'm guessing it shifts kind of hard because it might be low on fluid? Most noticeable when it's cold.

I'm excited to see what OVT does with this ECU flash. I'll update once I have it installed on my truck.

The improvement with OVT over the latest TSB is quite noticeable also.

It looks like you're an AT. So, that would be TSB-0058-18, TSB-0062-18, etc. No update since mid-2018. But, the 2016 through 2018 ATs are the only ones that have not seen the recent update. So, I would expect one to happen.

Keep an eye on the nhtsa site or the ECU Update thread.

That is actually an obsolete TSB. I believe it notes ECU ID 04B03. Attached.

You should check to see if you are updated to 04B04. The OBD Fusion and Carista apps, some handheld OBD readers, and TechStream will tell you.

As noted above, I expect another TSB to update folks beyond 04B04.

Thank you tonered. So there’s another update(flash) that is different than the one I had done?

    You're welcome!

There are many others. They all apply the same update to get you to 04B04. See the 1st Post in the ECU Update thread for the full list. The first step would be checking your current ECU ID though.

Currently at the dealer and asked for the TSB to be performed. Not trying to be that guy but is there a way I can check myself to see if it was actually done before leaving?

Just got it this morning and drove about 50 miles home. I drive like a grandpa and was still amazed. No tailwind and was decently hilly.
