5 inches here in Monroe, Drove from Snow Hill home last night in fiancee's 2010 Highlander down 85. Interstate roads sucked from Burlington to Concord. Highlander with the Michelin M/S2's handled like a champ! Probably because of the snow button... idk

There ain't shit around here man, it's all Old Money that gets way pissed if you drive around on their land then you end up with a goddam county tax problem you can never get rid of because they know somebody.

Srsly though, gimme a yell if you got somewhere to run. Asheboro ain't that far. I fucked around all around the sticks outside of burlington (where I grew up) last night. Fun as hayul.

x2 on URE. I'd've ditched the family last night and been back down this way this AM if it was open.

We have about 6-7" on the ground here in Greenville, NC. Roads kinda slushy.....I really need some new tires the Cooper HT's are not doing the job.

I drove from Bore-lington back to Snallsburrah today at 2PM. Everything was clear. I took back roads at both ends of the interstate...all clear.

Might be some black ice tomorrow, but apparently the plow crews busted ass, because when I was out last night the roads were effed.

I ran around the back roads of B-town from 10 to 11:30 last night and everything was under at least a couple good inches of white.

    All gone now though.
