    I want one, but my truck didn't come with the tow* package, so I don't have a trailer hitch...

    I had the same issue with that same switch. You and I are using it "backwards" so the hot feed is keeping the LED lit. I pulled the switch apart and broke off that LED. Kind of a half assed fix, but it was the easiest available solution.

    Edit: BTW, I have my rear bumper lights set up to come on automatically, when I put the truck in reverse, or I can turn them off and they won't come on at all, or I can just turn them on, independently of the truck's reverse lights (hence the 3-way on-off-on switch).

    Oh, and the tow package was standard from 2018 and up model years. 2016-2017, it was an option.

    I hadn't planned on routing it with the taillight wiring, just because the trailer plug is easy and an empty one costs $5. I'm also unsure about taillight tapping since they are in the cabin, unlike the Tacoma. I'm going to try to get mine in tonight, get pictures of as much as I can. Hard to get time with a newborn and a 3 year old. I'll see if I can look into the wiring like you're asking Colton.
