Why do you like the SPORT hood?

The only reason to ever have a hood scoop is your engine is too big to fit with the hood closed.

One of the first things I did on my Tacoma was get rid of the scooped hood.

 

Listen! I like the look of the scoop on the truck and that's all that matters. I do wish it was functional but that's another story. Lol.

 

I hate to say, but I want the sport for the scoop. I am so tempted to get the OR and just swap the hood out. This way I have everything I want, and OR with the scoop.

 

You could just buy a Pro too.

 

I would love too, but its starting to push my limit. The OR one I want is about $44,000 and I saw a Pro yesterday for just under 48,000.

 

what i don't understand is why the scoop comes on the "most aggressive/offroad capable" model but not the model directly below. like you want the pro to look similar to the sport but the truck that actually is the most similar looking instead looks like a sr5 with black fender flares.

should either be:

pro/offroad - scoop
all others - no scoop

or

pro/offroad - no scoop
all others - scoop

 

A skewp doesn't make "ME" look cool. It makes the truck look cool.

And you need to put that sock in the front of your pants.
