Although I don't have a FB account, it seems the issue isn't really there. This woman can obviously use other social media outlets, or just the plain old fashion ways of communication to apparently accuse you of things and harass you. It is a lesson and an eye opener that there are unstable people out there who can really do harm to another and often there is little one can do to prevent it at the start or even sometimes stop it, once it occurs.

    @Devious6,
In my opinion, FB is evil. Delete your account and move on. I hope/pray it all works out for you and your wife.

Not exactly local to you, but I build sliders. I can do more or less whatever design you're looking for.

ETA: KORE is also a good shop. Both of us do custom and semi-custom Taco stuff.

Sheesh, something like this went to my brothers email account like years ago. Like high school days..... nothing like being hacked and feeling like you can’t do anything about it... BUT you can and it just takes time. Sorry to hear this. Such poor excuses for human life still remain and go about making life for other good humans tougher on them. Hope it doesn’t ruin yours or Lynn’s day! :fingerscrossed:

Where about are you located? I did look up KORE 4x4. Nothing on his website about sliders but I will give him a call. He's a little over an hour from me.

That is about the same distance. Do you make bolt-ons? Not that my truck will ever go back to stock. I have a victory 4x4 bumper coming for my winch. I was looking at sliders and just too much for shipping to get anything from anyone out of state.

I like the bolt-ons in case something happens to them I can easily replace if necessary.

How much would you normally charge for standard sliders with a kickout and step inserts? I am still looking and not quite ready to buy them. Waiting to get my taxes done. but I am in the market in 30 days for some.

Really sorry to hear this happened to you. I've gotten rid of all social media over the last few years and don't miss it at all. I still keep in contact with alot of people but now it's just in group texts. I hope you can get this all worked out and the harassment stops. The closes thing I have to social media is Tocoma World and the mods seem to keep things in check here, which I like

Depending on exactly what you want and the current price for steel sliders are between 350$ and 500$.

I can do bolt on or weld on, and whatever combination of square or round tube you'd like.

Perfect.... I am definitely looking and very interested in them. DOM 1 3/4 round tubing is preference. You will have to give me a few weeks to get taxes filed and see how much I owe.. How long would it take you to make them? I should be ready by first week in April.

Recommend powder coat or simply prime and paint?

I have a 2021 SR. Looks like I'm pre-wired for fog lights. Ordered harness, screws and dashboard switch (unless someone wants to help with light stalk install :D). Looking for OEM fog lights and bezels.

I split time between Montgomery and Pike/Wayne counties. I'll be in the western part of the state (Pittsburgh/Indiana, PA) 3/21-3/23.

I've only started reading about OvTune... anyone in Eastern PA provide the service? Will it help a 2021 SR 3.5 A/T

Here is their website. Can see all the pics there. Big difference is they changed up to a new material that is supposed to be better.

Well my experience has not been good with 2 times on the truck and 2 panels lost.

    Thanks !!

Magnets for Truck Armor just does not bode well the way I look at things

At least in our Part of the world just because of winter chemicals and Cold Temperatures

Has the vendor given any reason for the failure to stay on?? In our Climate?

This is very unfortunate, and as much as most of us try to be safe online (and IRL), there's no shortage of asshats out there just waiting to troll/screw with people.
My stuff did not get as bad (just yet), but I'm in a position that quitting fb to avoid drama, wouldn't really affect me too much.

None. First time he said it was because we didnt use a heat gun to apply it. They don't rate cold weather but I specifically asked that question and they said they were fine in cold weather. I have seen pics of people with them on in the snow.

Unfortunately for me these were people all using the earlier versions of it. They came out with a new version in November that costs 100 dollars more then the original. But at the time they gave the same price for the old ones over Black Friday. My Girlfriend purchased it for an XMAS present. I put it on twice and lost panels. He cut us a break on the first replacement and only charged 50 bucks including shipping.

But the regular replacement is 100 bucks or more depending on the panel. I would be fine if I damaged one during some wheeling or something and they needed replaced. But not from flying off the truck before I even get to where I am going through no fault of my own.

Truck was washed and clean. I used a heat gun as they recommended after the first incident. Temp was 39 degrees. Not sure what the problem is but these things do not feel like they will reliably stay on the truck at all.
