I almost remember when it used to look like a truck

 

That was a great day. The best part of that trip was that the dead end and the drive back through the rock garden, or maybe getting separated and running into DNR, or maybe your passenger door and my lca mount.

 

I'll be heading up to NOVA this week so if anyone is shopping for a fridge, I can bring up the one I'm selling.

Anybody here got any experience with Carmax Potomac Mills? Thinking of trading my truck, but I'm pretty sure they aren't gonna like the aftermarket muffler/wheels.

 

In my experience, Carmax isn't hot on aftermarket parts. Being just wheels and exhaust, they may not care.

With that said, did you try givemethevin.com? Their offer on my truck was better than anyone else's. I don't know about the process from there. I only got an offer.

 

That's what I've been hearing, unfortunately. I might throw the stock wheels back on, but the tires are not so great.

I'll check that out, I tried Vroom's online thing as well.

 

Well, bummer. Got close to 10k on these 5100's and finally starting to think I'm experiencing the dreaded front diff bearing vibration.....guess it's time to order an ECGS bearing; knew I should've thrown it in when I did the lift lol. Anyone have the tool they would care to rent to me, for a fee, when time comes?

 

if you buy it, my friend (not on TW) would be interested in it after you.. or maybe you guys can split the cost?

 

Sounds more than reasonable. Was hoping to find one nearby I could just 'rent' for a short period, but we will see....if that's what we have to do, I'm down!
