As for as I can tell, 0 miles. I bought the bilstein 6112/5160 set up used and the guy threw these extra springs in. Told me they were new.

With that 5.4L that thing gets probably 2-3 mpg.

 

Until the spark plugs warp themselves into the soft ass aluminum of the cylinder heads and then you get no miles per gallon. Ask me how I know.
