3.4L supercharger

I'd like to know others opinions too, I go for (7psi max on my pulley)
14:1 at 1 psi
13.5:1 at 3 psi
13:1 at 5 psi
12.5:1 at 6 psi
12:1 at 7 psi
everything from there 12:1

My sweet spot for power WITH METHONAL is 11 AFR, regardless of boost 1-13 pounds.
SO I run my AFR as close to 11 -12 as possible in WOT.

THE methonal spraying can knock the AFR down to 11-12 very easily in closed loop right out of the gate.
2 PSI - 13-14
3 PSI - 13-14
4 PSI - 13-12
5 PSI - 11-12
7 PSI - 11-12
10 PSI - 11-12
12 PSI - 11-12
13 PSI - 11-12

 

Yeah I usually see low 11s AFR at WOT....AFRs don't change much at low boost unless I hold it there for awhile. WOT/open loop will cause the AFR to adjust almost right away.

 

My AFRs are around 14 below 5 pounds of boost, then they dip to around 13 as the boost builds and they bottom out around 11.2 at WOT and 9 PSI

I've been getting conflicting info. Would it be better buy bigger injectors or get the 7th injector setup from urd?

 

The 831 might be ok, don’t know, I wanted to stay with stock Toyota injectors because I already know
how they work on my truck and my equation that works with my methonal setup.

 

Damnit. Got a P0325 today and my supercharger started making noises. Time to tear it down I guess.

wondering if my loss of power in low rpms in boost has been a bad knock sensor all along...

 

That will definitely do it, been there, done that,
Bad knock sensors or a bad wire will kill your power

 

Start off with finding where the hissing is coming from,
Sounds like a vacuum leak and that will effect your AFR.
Vacuum leak will cause lean issues

IF YOU have to do a smoke test to find

Yes, that section is correct,
It does look to be leaking a little tho,
There is an O ring that goes around the insert piece that’s probably leaking now

 

I haven't spent any of them. I'm just trying to justify the cost of doing a 2jz swap.

 

Just the design of the 1st gen, it cant be pulled out because it’s bolted on the other end,
If you remove the bolts then it pulls out

 

Nothing, it’s aluminum, no rust, doesn’t matter if it gets dirty. This one has oil, carbon, blow by ,,pushing through the O ring and that’s why it is dirty, oil mixed with dirt
