Welcome to TW and Team Army Green! I agree that it is the best color out there!

There are lots of options for steps or running boards - OEM and aftermarket. It really depends on what you want to spend and what look you are going for. I have the Predator Steps on mine and like them.

Same goes with bed lights. It you look in the Buy Sell Trade section for 3rd Gen there are some folks who sell LED options and you'll also find them among the aftermarket crowd. I went with the OEM set up and had it installed at delivery. Many people here have installed the OEM lights - it is just a plug and play set up.

I can't offer any thoughts on the headlights - but there are lots of folks on the forum who can. You may want to look at the sub-forum for lighting, etc, to get ideas there.

 

The OEM bed lights are the way to go, you can find them for bout 50 bucks if you look around the internet. As Devious said they are plug and play. It took me about 15 minutes to add them to my truck, but i already had the switch in the dash. I don't know if you have the switch or not. If you don't then it will take longer to do. I love the lights on mine

 

I have a switch to the lower left of my steering wheel that allows me to control the other bedlight thats right above my rear window. Is this the same?

 

Yup that switch will control the additional OEM LED bed lights. Install is dead simple.

 

Yes, one of the easiest mods I've done so far, and worth the money. They really light up the bed quite nicely.

Yeah this has the factory 3rd light switch, I'll have to muddle around and see. I also have Decked storage in so i gotta see if that works

 

Notice that he has a Double Cab. All Double Cabs have the switch on the dash. None of the Access Cabs do. If you have an Access Cab, you have to add the switch. And you may or may not have to add the relay (mine already had the relay). Although you can get the bed light kit itself for $50-60, the switch will cost you another $60-70. (The switch costs more than the lights.) At least all the '20-'21 Tacomas are prewired for this.

 

I have had my AG DCLB OR for about 3 weeks. I love it. I keep looking at it out the window. I just took it to the snow and it was awesome but it made me realize I need some seat covers asap. I have read through the threads on here and it looks like I as much as I want the Clazzios I may have to go with the Wet Okole, only because I go camping/fishing (waders) a lot and live by the ocean and have kids who will be jumping in and out with wet shorts. Does anybody get their Clazzios wet and dirty regularly and are they fine? Also - what colors are you guys going with? With the Clazzios I was mulling going with dark brown as it seems that would look pretty slick with the green. But with Wet Okole's I may just go with the black/gray, matching the stock look.

Just got this 2021 TRD Sport this afternoon. Love it. Traded in my Calvary Blue SR5 for this amazing truck. Just need to get Nerf steps now. My GSP loves it, wife not so much yet.... LOL

I just picked up My Truck this afternoon!
My 1st Automatic since 2005! Will take a little getting used to!
I drove the Wifey's 2015 4runner to pickup and honestly her transmission jumps are worse than the Tacomas.
