Another coat of paint after some sanding. And it's been 5 days since one of these sliders broke my big toe. The black spot on the nailmis where I jammed a hot paperclip through to let the blood out. Good times. I get to wear a walking boot for a few weeks.
The toe photo is a few days after. The first day It was just blood everywhere.

Yeah I know, you're all welcome for the ganked toe photo.

Yeah Coastal Offroad. I am super pleased with the quality and accuracy of the cut pieces. Pretty amazing how everything lined up so well. I think there was one small 3x3" end cap that I had to grind about an 1/8" (if that) off of because my ocd kicked in lol. From my experience I would definitely recommend them. Flat shipping rate $140 to Idaho, no freight charge, etc. I think this bumper comes in ~100 lbs. Not too bad. I've got 886's waiting to go on when I get my winch in also.

Ugh, that sounds delightful. Yeah, I'd like the full coverage option so I'm think AL to save the weight. Did you do any modifications or anything? [different lights/bar mount, hitch, etc]

It is a pretty sweet deal if you like doing novice diy stuff. No modifications to the bumper itself, but I did omit the grille bar. Looks a little cleaner imo. I'm trying to find 3x3" light pods right now because four are needed. I can't decide what color or brand to go with. Rugged or baja look like possible candidates. Amber/yellow/clear/etc...decisions, decisions.

Awesome! I'm excited to see some pictures of it fully assembled, looks great so far. Might I add Diode Dynamics to your list of lights, to aid in the decision confusion.

For sure! Yeah, I should have it all completed and done in about a week, maybe two. Like all of us, free time is limited so it's a somewhat slower process. I will definitely look into Diode Dynamics. I like options lol! Thanks man I appreciate it!

Thanks. Me too. Weather is finally getting nice here and I'm gimped.

The dog stomped the toe the day after I hurt it.

Haha. No worries. I have a Yakima rack with a 40 inch fairing and I am constantly debating whether to sticker it up or not...

For the DD stealth light bar, Are those plastic shields on the side needed? I just realized I left mine off. Have the video at the part to show what they are. 2 min 35 seconds

I left mine off, didnt really notice much of a issue, but im sure they help funnel air into the radiator instead of it being able to just go around it.

I plan to reinstall mine this summer though when I replace my light bar with a better one.
