Alright kids I need your help. I just got off the phone with bills driveshaft and they're recommending going up to .085 or .093 dom due to any thicker being too heavy and killing carrier bearings, and keeping the same OD for strength. Any input on this? They're heavily against going up to even .125 wall.

I had my shaft built by them. I’d do what ever they recommend. They do awesome work and the turn around was great, dropped off the bent drive shaft and they had a new one built by lunch. New carrier and all.

Hey, CO TW crew! My best friend moved to Denver last year. I'll be visiting him from 4/1-4/5. He has a 3rd gen Tacoma with a small lift and KO2s (no armor or anything). I know things can be tricky with the snow in the mountains through this time of year. What are some easy trails we could run while I'm out there? It'll likely only be us wheeling alone so not trying to do any serious 4wd stuff but would like to see some sights and hit some dirt while in the area. Any recommendations?

Most stuff within a few hours of Denver will be snowed in or too technical for his rig.

This is a truck forum. We don’t do that walking stuff.

Good call, I didn't realize it's that close to Denver. I'll check it out.

Not true! We walk when we spot each other. And then back down the trail when someone's rig is broken. :D

Yeah but that’s truck stuff walking. Not this “hiking” stuff I hear people talking about all the time

Took my Ford for a quick walk to a diesel shop today. No ragerts. They fixed in 4 hours of labor what would have easily taken me a day and a half because I’m a half wit
