Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

Frustrating as shit. I only would put like $100 in it but I can’t do shit. Even Doge app doesn’t allow it.

 

Finally got fidelity to link to my Savings account so I can make a deposit. Going to put a dollar amount = to 50% of current standard brokerage account in then find myself a buy in point. Looking for stuff like costco/paypal/At&T this time around. I'll use a little bit to average down on CTXR and LIACF as well but focusing on getting some dividend/growth stuff for the long haul as well.

 

Oh that’s right, some states don’t allow it yet.

 

So far my best bet is voyager app but it says there’s a waiting list so probably not there either

 

Found this in a fidelity article on their news & research section. Thinking logically yes entertainment and that industry should pick back up soon. As far as stock not much more than cash on balance sheet: Does this mean total value of all shares and current price is in line with valuation of company? Where as Tesla is not close to valuation currently?


Also curious what you guys think about this. Yes I understand older cars means more need for parts and increasing operating margins, but with such a small Dividend (.58%) I wonder if this would really be worth putting anything into it compared to AT&T (T) who has increased Dividend each of past 4 years AND the Dividend payout is actually $1 higher per share on (T) than AAP although (T) can be acquired at a rate of 5.83 per 1 share of AAP.

Long winded I know I'm sorry. Trying to learn here and almost think aloud so you guys can point out something blatantly obvious if I'm ignoring it.

 

Agree. I might sell 2 shares at 5k just to be playing with house money Hope you hit 30 mil, I'll be happy with a couple.

Sad thing is most will probably sell at 1k let alone 5k

 

CTXR back to $2 pre market too. That will make my portfolio look even better.

 

I’m an idiot and sold off my CTXR at $1.56 thinking I could get in for cheaper. Now I’ve been waiting for it to get last low again smh.

I’ve been relating this story to so many people who all think it’s crazy. I tried to explain to them that if left untouched this would’ve already happened they did everything they could to prevent it from happening and I’m just wondering what their next move is to try to stop at next time. I’m guessing they’ll halt trading of the stock for 30 days out of concern for the entire market but it still won’t change the technicals the day it starts trading again it’s right back where it was.

 

So auto parts are considered a very solid investment in general especially during times when individuals are more likely to keep their cars. This whole housing issue that is going to manifest itself by October in my opinion will set people on a path of keeping their vehicles for two or three more years hence value in auto parts. The thing is Covid already did this to auto parts and used cars. there was a big bump so I don’t know how much there is in that well right now. The key was if you could’ve got in at $150 on AAP last month on that dip but then you could’ve gotten anything last month on that dip.

 

Ok. Wtf? Every share I own is green except $SKT. I don’t trust this.

 

Ugh, it’s so frustrating TD makes you wait so long before you can use the monies you deposit. IT’S MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW!

 

I'm thinking about selling 75 shares I bought at $1.70 to get rid of 75 shares that I bought at $2.56 when it was going good to break even the $2.56 shares. Then buying back those 75 higher shares around what it is now instead of at $2.56

 

Then I’ll be sure to get out before the government steps in, because if this is true, they will step in.

I have 300 and something at like a $2.05 average. Seems to be around $1.90 with everything going on at the moment, seems to be what it stays decently steady at.
