I think you already are brewing your bread in a liquid format..

Sourdough is pretty easy. Especially if you have a kitchen aid or similar stand mixer with a dough hook. Mostly just timing when to start it is the hardest part. Once you've done the initial kneeding is just folding/ pinching it every few hours for a few iterations. There's only like 5 ingredients in basic sourdough.

Buddy lives out in CO, sent me a link this morning.
    https://www.9news.com/video/news/lo...i-225/73-a6a51f3f-26d3-48ec-a469-3191478c4eb9

Said he drove by like 30 minutes after they cleared out and was still a huge mess with burnouts everywhere.

I DO NOT support shit like this and huge riots etc... but I'd be a liar if this stuff doesn't excite a certain part of me. The west and CO/UTAH area are just like a fantasy land for me. Wide open, great off road, great parks etc.... Its like a different world from my little valley in Mass.

Oh well, the good with the bad, we don't even have 800 people in town let alone cars.

Not horrible, it's fairly intuitive. Honestly I was getting ready for a 900 mile tow and a 1000 mile snowmobile trip so I was just rushing through it to get my brake controller set up. Didn't really go into too much more than what I knew I had to.

That's the same cable I bought. It worked perfect.

I can understand the appeal. But bread is so simple I can't bring myself to buy a machine just for that. So unfortunately I've got no recipes for you, lol.

I have a bread machine but never use it anymore. The only thing I loved making was pepperoni cheese bread.

Yeah, it was freakin' good. I may have to try it again. My ex wife loved the bread maker so I made sure I ended up with it in the divorce. Haven't plugged it in once since then.

The Blackstone Lab fanboys on here would tell you you'd probably be good for another 1500-2k after that :notsure::notsure:

I'm slightly overdue and it's finally getting warm enough for me to be willing to do it.
