Nah, I have no desire for a supercharger or gears. Different tires if you can consider that modding, but that's not for a few years when the current ones wear out. Besides I don't need to compensate for anything like the two of you ;)

you've never met my gf. I would know, it's not every day a mini sized man tries to flirt with your gf. She would have told me about that funny story :p

I'm not mad, just have no desire for other additions.

Who has had their cab mounts chopped and where was it done? I am going to get some 295/75s this year and will need to have it cut.

    Bone stock for now!
I recently trimmed mine. I would not say I had to chop them, i guess I took about a 1/2 inch off ot them. A word to the wise even to us 6" guys.....35's Dont clear very well. Had mine off road and the tire grabed the rear flare and.....well it sucks.

Yea, I was planning on doing some plastic trimming, pinch weld pounding, etc. I would like the 295s to clear and stuff without issue. Did you box the mount or just leave it open? It seems (reading forums) it isn't required to box it.

    Also:
    @NetMonkey
Did you take it to ToyCrawler? Did you have yours boxed?

no, i had it done at:
    Twizted Engineering
    Darren Castine (owner)
    555 Alter St Unit 15-B
    Broomfield, CO 80020
    303 410 0804
    DarrenC@TwiztedEngineering.com

he runs a small shop so its easiest to get ahold him by actually going in.

yes, it was boxed. i think it was about $150 to have it done.

here are before and after pics:

I left mine open for the time being. Still need to trim more and then I will box them in. If I end up with as much as Netmonkey I will box them in for sure.

Netmonkey- How much did they trim off of yours? Looks like about an 1" or so.

The guy that welded up my skid plate said he would weld your sliders on for like $50.00. We are going to build some for me.
