Anyone using Voyager had an issues that needed to be addressed by support? If so, how long did it take for them to respond?

I’ve had a serious issue pending since mid February and their response is really an issue.

And there is no way to talk to anyone, only submitting another ticket.

 

You can reply to the ticket on email. My initial contact took several days. Replying to the ticket email got a response in less than an hour.

 

Yeah I did that back in mid February when they replied to my follow up emails to the ticket.

My reply to their’s was back in mid February with no reply.
