I'm budgeting 3k for a lift, tire, and wheel setup for my 2019 Sport. This thing is going to end up on Colorado on a lot of dirt roads and some OTV area's (so probably overland at some point although my fiancé is not into camping....yet). I'm really drawn to 33" tires, but wondering if I can run the TRD 17" wheels on them. Since the truck will start in Minnesota doing road driving primarily I was looking at Nitto Ridge Grapplers, but with 33's not sure i can do it with the width. Lift is a whole nother story, I need to make sure if I indeed put 33's on i can clear everything, was thinking 3 in the back and 2.5 up front, but again I just got this thing 3 weeks ago so not sure what will work. TIA

Lift doesn't help tire clearance on these trucks.

Drive it around and see what you need vs want. I'm at just over 2k for tires and armor and can go quite a few places.

Take it around and see what you actually end up doing.

I’m not 100% sure about the sport wheels but I think you can fit 255/80/17s on those with and still clear everything without lifting. Look up the pizza cutter threads.

This is the exact setup I have on my Sport and I love it. You should be plenty capable without breaking the bank.

So I looked into this today the 5100's are hard to find...maybe 4-6 weeks out. I took it to a place and they said the 33's (more specifically 285/70/17) will rub but just need some trimming inside, no chop. Does this seem accurate? I don't want to chop anything, but willing to give up a little plastic on the inside. The do a ton of tacoma's and jeeps so i dont think they would yank my chain.

Dang looks like the front 5100 are hard to find. Maybe try wheelers.

You might get lucky and not need a CMC. It might rub at every u turn. 285's look great though.

Call to make sure they're actually in stock. They're also selling 6112s and kings with crazy lead times at the moment. I don't think they ever mark anything as out of stock or on backorder.

I'm at $3410 for lift/wheels/tires + installation. Had the truck lifted 1.5 inches (front) to clear the rubbing I have, and for the better ride quality

    RRW RR5-S 16x8 -12 Wheel - $940 (including installation price)
    BFGoodrich KO2 265/75/R16 - $820 (including installation price)
Fox 2.0 Performance Coilover Shocks - ~$1650 (including installation price)

I have around 10 inches of ground clearance from the ground to the skid plate

I’m scheduled to do bilsteins 5100 and ome 887 with a cmc hoping to fit 33s as well. Having a local shop do the install with the ecgs needle bearing and alignment. Right now I have scs wheels and 265/70/17 . Wanna run larger tires I’m curious to know if they fit as well

I'm running the OME Medium Springs with Nitrocharger Shocks, Dirtking UCA, and Dakar Medium leaf in the back. Absolutely love it, and it gave me about 2.5in of lift all around. It's smooth on road and buttery off road. I can't speak to rock crawling, but it's very cushy through mudholes and beach driving. I also run 285/75/16 General Grabber atx's. Total cost was around 2.3k if I recall correctly

Eibach Stage 1 or Stage 2 lift is available, cheaper than Fox. From what I've read, ride better than the 5100's. I just got the Stage 2 but still waiting on a rear lift block before I install. Doing 1.5" up front and 1" out back to keep a little rake for my home depot trips.

3" Eibach lift, JBA high caster upper control arms, 2" ToyTec add-a-leaf
Eibach Pro Lift on the 2nd notch. Gave me 3" of lift.
    Toytec Add-A-Leaf in rear.
    Toltec extended u-bolts.
JBA High Caster upper control arms.

Im about $1800 into it with parts. Toyota installed everything and aligned it for less than $600.

It drives really smooth for a lifted truck.20201029_185707.jpg

I have a 4 inch BDS lift. Actually thinking of going back to stock due to bad knees getting in and out of the truck. Only problem I only have some of the original OEM parts to go back to stock.

I have everything to go back to stock if you need anything. What would you want for your set up?
