Had P0138 (O2 sensor, B1S2 High Voltage) and P0157 (O2 sensor, B2S2, Low voltage) codes on my 05 X-Runner, so I went ahead and changed the sensors, drove it to work and back now I have all 4 O2 sensors shooting a code... what could be the main problem? Would it possibly the wire? Please help, thanks!

Just to make sure you replaced the sensors after the cat right?

Try replacing the relay for it with another that’s working. I believe I replaced mine with the fog light relay , let it sit for a day, drove it the next day and my CE light went off. Thankfully, I hadn’t installed my sensors yet.

Bought 2 OEM Denso relays from Toyota.. $33 after tax and called it a day.

I thought maybe he meant the Relays. But “from Toyota” and $33 doesn’t add up either? Unless the parts guy really likes you. Lol
    About $70 for 1 relay.

If he would have said RockAuto, then yeah. $33 is about right.
Just over $10 for 1 relay.

it pays to shop around. Fuse is a fuse, just because it says Toyota on it doesn’t make it any better lol

And there are no relays or fuses in the O2 Sensor Circuit directly.

It is wired to the ECM.

I did replaced the relay like you've said, and it fixed the afr codes but the o2 sensor codes are still there.

Thank you all for your help... still hasn't figured out what's teiggering the o2 sensir codes... I haven't really checked the wire harness because I don't have a light... if the wire harness is the problem, what's the best way to fix it? Do I need to change the entire circuit?
