Colorado B.S. Thread

Just to put this info out there, there are several mortgage programs that don't require 20% down and don't charge PMI (besides the VA mortgage program). My Mortgage Broker is constantly sending these out but I have zero info on it other than this. Not to mention CO programs that "assist" with Down payments.

Please anyone trying to buy a home, go talk to a mortgage broker and find out info on this.

Took another look at it, its a rebate so you have to submit a picture of your receipt for the Busch you bought and then pending the snow totals, they will send you a rebate.

Two things: the housing situation is a long term issue that got us to where we are at. To oversimplify it, it’s simple economics of supply vs demand. The supply in desirable places is low and the demand from all humans, including “natives” is high.

second:I’m going snow wheeling at the mall on Saturday. Who wants to join?

 

It isn't just desirable places going through a crisis, it's the entire country. There a shortage/deficit of something like 2.5 million homes in the US. Quite literally cannot build fast enough to house people.

Doesn't help the building supplies/lumber have tripled in price since last year.

 

I hope we get enough where that can happen
