It's the 15 footer. We were torn between the 15 and 17 footer but decided since it's just the two of us usually, that the 15 would work just fine. Freaking LOVE this boat. Our's is a 2021 with the 60HP engine and steel prop.

I definitely love the Suzuki. A friend has the DF 300 on his Sea Born LX24. We’ve spent a lot of time offshore with that one...

I have the same Suzuki 140 on my 22" rigid inflatable boat. Quiet power.

Not to mention reliable. I had a 115 on my pontoon for 15 years with sporadic oil changes. Right before selling it last year, I replaced the plugs and water pump, just because. My Whaler came with the same motor and I'm glad it did!

They are definitely quiet. However, I think they are a bit lacking in torque but that doesn’t really matter in my current application. I can make around 38-40 mph in my boat with just me on board and say 1/2 a tank of fuel, fishing gear etc. I reckon that’s fast enough to move around the lakes.

What pitch prop do you run? My Suzuki 140 pushes my 22" aluminium rigid hull inflatable to almost 70 KPH with a 21" aluminium prop.

Upgraded power on the old Sears Gamefisher. 20 hp Mercury. Great outboard.
The boat is no beauty, but is a great trout hunter. BE1457ED-557B-434B-B9E2-5D59F8D7CC27.jpg CF1ABD5D-38FE-4A3E-83C8-BC63126E52E2.jpg
