    Well that’s less scary then I thought. I did purchase my contract with cash so I don’t think that would apply to me... looks like that applies to margin purchases. But even if it did the only thing I would be worried about is a fat day trading penalty, pretty sure RH warns you before that happens though

    It doesn't apply to margin ever. That's the whole point of the margin. They lend you the money to cover any unsettled funds thereby avoiding a good faith violation. GFV's only apply to cash accounts.
