Very easy. Everything pops right off. The difficult part, which isn't difficult at all, was running the add-a-fuse to the box. But that in itself was also easy. I will say this...I was going to move the ECT PWR button to one of the empty slots closer to the center, but it would not fit. I had to leave it in its factory position on the center console.

How do you like the Eibach pro lift? Looks like you still have some factory rake. What do you have the front set one and what did you use in the rear?

I bought one a while back for another truck to remove adhesive that was behind the badges... Used my smaller milwaukee drill, turned it down low, and went at it slowly...

They work, but I felt like at any moment I'd mar/scratch the paint. It just felt aggressive... And left lots of the eraser bits behind as it removed the adhesive. Still had to use goo gone afterwards.

So yes it works... I didn't damage the paint at all... But it didn't feel good LOL. I only did one side with the wheel... Did the other side with a plastic razor and goo gone. Took a little longer, not by much, but felt safer.

Installed the TRD badge that I found from the forums here. Cleaned the inside of both vehicles and washed the truck. Been beautiful the past few days in Iowa. Spring is coming!

    Oh man…
Decals, just go slow. Peel back a corner carefully then just pull it off slow. Blow dryer or heat gun works great to soften them up. Patience is a virtue with these sometimes. Both trucks I’ve done this to peeled off nice and easy. Emblems, definitely fishing line. Again, blow dryer or heat gun first. Goo gone to get rid of the remaining adhesive.

Short throw install was a bit of a bear (I managed to avoid cutting the sheet metal covering the front bolts), and took about 2 hours. If you have flex head 12mm and 13mm ratcheting box wrenches it should be much easier and quicker. I only had a chance to take a quick drive, but I'll definitely say the throws feel much more natural and smooth now. First impression is that for 120 bucks, it's probably worth it. Reverse is a little harder to get to, but not nearly as bad as other folks have made it out to be.

Yeah take it easy man that foot looks like plenty to deal with. The comment I made earlier was basically what my dad would've said to me lol, couldn't help myself. I hope the foot heals fast and the sliders go on easy dude.

    Installed the RETRAX cover today.
So far I have interior led lights, center console tray, retrax cover, oem bed mat meso key fob. Think I’m good for now and will get some enjoyment out of driving it and look for more quality of life upgrades along the way.
