Nice, I got my first house when I was 27, but I got my house right after the crash. 50% off. Right now is probably not a great time to buy, wait a bit, Im betting there will be a housing crash soon as there are more buyers than sellers right now... when there are more sellers than buyers is when you go in to get one.

 

For crypto I use dedicated crypto exchanges.

RH's implementation of crypto is jankey and AFAIK you do not own the coin, as RH holds "the wallet" and simply allots you coin from it. (Again, AFAIK) you buy into and sell out of their own pool. I have also read that this may be changing soon and you may be able to transfer crypto bought in RH.

• Coinbase Pro (exchange)
• Ledger (wallet)
• Daedalus (wallet)

Have had no bad experiences with any --though Kraken has BLAZIN fast ACH for whatever reason, always makes it to my bank literally overnight.

The totals are wrong for whatever reason (RH bad) but the peak was actually ~$248k and I rode it into oblivion before "cutting losses (see: losing my ass instead of diamond handing)" and moving my funds to ThinkOrSwim.

The final death blow was buying $45k in option contracts (which would've printed, VLAD...) the evening before we were kneecapped.
