I apologize in advance and if someone can provide a link to what I am inquiring about please do. I searched and couldn’t really find an exact answer. Maybe there isn’t one?

Just picked up a set of 4Runner take offs. 17x7.5 -15 offset. Will I have rubbing issues if I went with a 265/70/17?

Factors that might help or hinder..
2010 base 4x4 dcsb with a 2020 off road suspension.
    1.25” spidertrax spacers.
    Going with wildpeak at3

    thanks.

Double check. Those should be +15. None of the OE wheels come with a negative offset.

Should be fine, worst case is they touch the front mud flaps. Do it!

Expect lots of rubbing, mainly due to the wheel spacers

Don't know if you noticed the 1.25" wheel spacers at the bottom of OP's post

I had a feeling the spacers would need to come off. Thanks for the input.

With the spacer that’s about a 3.5 backspace. They’re gonna rub.

Without the spacer you’re probably good. The issue is pushing the wheel out the 1.25”. That’s a big change in the the scrub radius of the tire.

    I’m having issues tonight. I meant 65 instead of a 70.

So 265/65/17 and 265/70/17 will fit fine w/o the spacer on the stock wheel. With the spacer the 65 will be close and the 70 will rub. Your best best is to got to the tire store and test fit each with the spacer. Every truck is slightly different.
