After troubleshooting the issue with Matt from Goat we resolved the problem. Cant say enough about the A+++ support.

 

Sounds frustrating for sure. Do you happen to have a ceramic coating? Hopefully that wouldn't matter, but not sure what might cause the detachment.

I'll shoot you a PM regarding BESF. First trip there, going up there mid-may with the family. Figured it would be a fun trip but I'm not ready for pinstriping this beautiful Voodoo, and I also don't want to get stuck since I'll be a single truck, and have my small child and wife, not that I think any trails there should be a real issue.

I've had mine on and off several times, sometimes even on months at a time and sometimes with the magnets warped from storage. I use a heat gun to fix the folds. I also pay to have my truck detailed and I'm pretty sure they apply ceramic coating. Never had an issue with my set.

Man if you didn't have to clean it once a week I would so get a set

 

I am quite certain you wont have the same issue. This was a fluke issue and it is being resolved ASAP. Awesome customer service! That should give you piece of mind.

 

I mean... that’s kind of a general guideline. It’s really not hard to clean though.

I recommend doing just a piece other day depending on how dirty you get the truck.

 

Can you share the issue?

 

He had panels curling on his particular set. This led to some of them coming off. It was due to the vinyl backing having an issue from the supplier.
It was a small batch and the issue has been fully rectified.

Matt’s really good about his customer service and his product is well worth the money to save the truck from trail rash.

 

Yes this was a fluke issue. He knew based on my order number and pics I showed him mine was part of a very small number that had this defect. And it only presented itself under certain conditions.

They have since fixed the issue and anyone ordering now would not encounter this issue. Awesome customer service and I am extremely happy how the issue was handled.

I can tell you even with the issue I had, the armor is AWESOME because on the trail it did exactly what it was supposed to do.

Spring is almost here and I cant wait to get back on the trails with the GOAT armor on.

I definitely wanna hookup with some other members on here and go hit Bald Eagle for a weekend. I spent last year familiarizing myself with most of the trails. I know most of the good ones for those who want more than a dirt road and a few bumps.
