I need some wiring help. I'll be buying the rock lights soon and hope to find a "plug and play" solution. I know I need a harness with relay and a switch to turn off and on. That's where my knowledge ends.

Since the rock lights are baja designs, i'm looking at the universal harness they sale - minus the lights as I'll get them from uptop... https://www.bajadesigns.com/Products/LED-Rock-Light-Kit-White.asp

Any direction would be much appreciated.

Anyone have any pictures of them hanging a hammock from the roof rack? Apart from the one off the UpTop website

I imagine it would have to be off the handle.... becasue I know I have bent my groove tech with ratchet staps so I cant imagine they would hold a side load from a hammock ....

or! maybe they did a choke on the main cross bars that would actually be the pro move.

if its not snowing tomorrow i will beta test this for you

also pro tip when using ratchet straps on the roof make sure the load is tall enough on both sides so its pulling up on the groove tech and not to the side.

I could give two shi$&z about the two month wait for my @upTOPoverland rack it is awesome. Their customer service is next level especially for a retailer that makes everything by hand and has a difficult to ship item.

I would challenge anyone here complaining to try to start an e-commerce company, run it and maintain inventory, marketing and product design while keeping up with orders. I double dog dare anyone on this thread to do it and keep up high levels of customer service. Not to be rude but give them a bit more of a break.

Either way, much love to the community here even the people who are pissed off.

@upTOPoverland @NonTraditional I see you guys released the diamondback truss version. There any plans for a full height version? Of course that would mess with the spacing and whatnot.

Looking Good! I'm still waiting on my rack so I cant wait to try it out. Once I saw their picture on their website of the hammock hanging off the rack, that was the final push I needed to make the purchase. Plus I think the UpTop rack looks so much better than any Prinsu or similar rack out there!

Excited to get my cab and cap bravo racks in the coming months, the quick responses to my questions over email were what pushed me over the edge. Should be able to get the RSI smart cap on this weekend in anticipation, anyone running an awning on their cap rack they like?

That’s what I’m looking at as well. Was wondering about the foot mount with the tapered RSI rails.

I’ll be sure to post when my Bravo shows up, I asked Drew about the RSI before I made the purchase he was confident it would fit so I’m not worried.
