Welp. Harmony is the road I was making reference to in my comment this morning. Specifically headed east of I-25. Temps as far as the eye can see, cruising at 75 in a 45 all day.

Sorry you were made an example of when I'm sure there's far worse on that road.

    Bringing this where it belongs.

Way to kick me while I’m down. To think I almost missed you while you felt the burn (didn’t spell it in a political way please don’t ban me)
This camper requires a dually. Too big for me

Camper swap is easier. Plus I’m saving for axles for the Tacoma

This is what it's showing of us out east. I hope so, just got the rear hydraulic box blade setup on the gator. Need to test it out before I tear up the field with the cultivator this spring

    1. Could always use metal studs. Not sure of the price increase for those.

    2. Our widow neighbor already called to make sure I'll do her driveway. Except I'm out of town for a precision rifle match in Palisade. Had to give the wife a quick instruction on how to run the snowblower. Should be fun. Most important rule: Watch the rocks.

Second most important rule - always point it away from your property/vehicles.

A nice used car or a new rifle and tripod setup? :D

Sold my 18" Kukri Vudoo and bought a 22" MTU for better balance. Trigger Tech Diamond two stage at about 13 total ounces. 10 ounce 1st stage...

Still waiting on the new Ckye Pod bipod. Only $600. For a bipod.:anonymous:

Also, I HIGHLY recommend silicon spray for you shovel and snow blower. No more sticking snow. Make your blower double its throw distance.

How does a mildly bent driveshaft present in these vehicles? I've been sure I've had a wheel balance issue for the longest time, but now I'm wondering if a bent shaft wouldn't present very similarly.

A couple pages late, but I've been out bid on a house by up to $80,000 over asking. Have been first in line to tour homes coming on the market, just for my realtor to call me a few hours later saying it's already under contract, 4 hours, yes 4 hours, after it listed. People buying just off pictures, cash, no inspection

I moved up from TX two years ago. I'm disappointed with how blue this state is but... Whatever. I lived here as a kid for a couple of years in Aurora; I love it here and it feels like home. I share the same disdain about Californians coming here and trying to make it another cesspool, but I suppose that's a conversation over a beer sometime.

Anyway, I had the same thing. I was just hunting for what was available and almost every single home I looked at online, from my home in TX was being bought sight-unseen from folks (mostly from CA). The only reason I'm in my current home is essentially that it was available and met my distance needs. The folks who owned it before us lived in it for 4 years and made $100k! With that said, the property taxes are currently a lot lower than in TX; my home there (while a lot more property) was the same size, with a detached 2x2 car through-and-through garage cost me ~$150K less than my current home, but the mortgage is nearly identical.

I sold my house in 2018 by myself in 6 hours. 40k over asking to a kid from the east coast. Not expecting that, but hoping for 150k profit in my current house when I sell it next year.

The market is crazy and I’m lucky I bought before everyone started moving here for the legal pot
