It isn’t plowed in much past the V in the road that splits and around dodge lake, I went for a whopping 75m in the snow. Got stuck but not bad, was going uphill. Got to the spot that was the best option that I spotted, not much access out here this yr due to no logging.

I am looking forward for the beer, food, and hope we can camp by the river and hear the gurguling of the water. I really liked to camp by black donald creek and sleep with the water flow sound in the background

I always tell myself i will only drink beer when camping, then last yr I discovered my love for hazy citrusy IPA’s and beer had become a hobby!

I am on board with the camping and running river sounds! I miss ocean wave sounds when camping these days. Will get a little dose of waves along superior this spring :)

I had some visitors on snowmobiles check in to make sure all was well.

Driving out today wasn't bad, no issues getting down where i was stuck yesterday, so much snow had melted with morning sun, i had both diffs locked and my foot to the floor in low for a tiny section from the campsite, i felt relieved after realizing how soft it had gotten overnight. The main road out was in various conditions that required full attention and momentum in a fee uphill sections.

Hiked along the cliffs to Eagles Nest lookout and just had some great pizza at Neat, now they’re making an off menu custom extra spicy burger for me!!

with the snow levels I saw past the damn it is highly likely that early April will be good!!

    It's here.
Nr 6 , dark blue trail. I went until the green mark where you can stop and eat by the creek. We didn't want to risk further in deep snow without knowing where we could turn back.

Nr4 in green, is the calabogie line

You get in and get out the same way. A few mud holes, good for pin stripes. Not good to go alone. 2+ rated on of4wd.

    A few ups and downs.

Not firm yet. 50% chances it would be by wabun lake.

The guys from the area may have other suggestions. Wabun might be one of the best options

Only reason I was asking was because I'm not familiar with the area lol.
