    Good Morning :wave:

    Stitch, Bear, and I made it out on the mountain with no problems; trail in good shape. Sign of good snow melt this week. Wonder if it might indicate an early break-up this year? ...or Mother Nature and Alaska are sitting us up for the one-two knock out punch. Looks like about 4" snow on Stitch, 4-8" were predicted overnight. Coffee by the woodstove with Bear, watching True Grit, one of my all time favorites. Make biscuits and gravy for everyone this AM...3 1/2 to 4 hours to kill 'til then.
    More tree felling and log hauling today; prep for starting up sawmill ops this Spring.
    :) Happy on the mtn.

    Have a fine day, we will. Phone just dropped signal, maybe this will post ... maybe not. :notsure:

After watching it I told Deb I was moving to the mountains and living off the land...her answer was- you better fatten up so you have something to live off of:facepalm:.     Saturday morning. Stopping in St. Augustine for 2 days to visit friends then off to Camp Lejeune to visit with the Grand daughter for a few days then one night in Williamsburg Va. Then home sweet home. Looking forward to getting home.

    Williamsburg, spent multiple school fieldtrips there. Assume you've been before? Neat place if memory serves. Gingerbread cookies baked colonial style in period oven is standout best recollection. :drool: Sold by bakers dozen. :oops: :hungry:

    Today we have to option B, snowy and windy is wrong time to fell trees. Organizing and building wall in conex converted to reefer box. Think root cellar.

    Been many times plus Deb and her girlfriends have gone every year for about 20 or so on a shop till you drop weekend. The old Pottery is non existent and the new one isn't worth your time. But it's a girls time away(I look forward to the piece and quiet every year:D). It will be an overnight stop this time.
