The 40 acres is where the $1mil comes from. The extra change is from the trailer house and barn-shop.

 

According to Reefer Madness and local retail sales reports the number of Axes sold in Colorado has grown 1000% since pot was legalized. Now in some parts of the US where Moonshine is just as illegal as pot the local residents don't see their consumption as illegal and don't care what others think. Just think if Colorado did not have the sales tax from Pot - our schools would only consume 85% of the general fund. Not even duct tape can fix that kind of stupid. This State started to go in the dump when Woody and the rest of his stooges were given the keys to the door. Go somewhere because you want to be a part of it and respect it as it is - not to make it like the place you came from.

yep - any Mel Brooks. Can't take it too seriously but certainly can laugh at yourself and fun they all had making those movies. That comedy is long gone in this day and age.

 

I’m late to the housing party too..
My moms house went live at 9:20 this morning by noon there were 35 showings scheduled.
I was thinking about making a move myself, BUT what I have seen today, and what our Relator has educated me on, has me second guessing my thought process ..

I stand to walk away with 325k. Pretty sure i can drop 10% on a smaller home again and invest another portion while living off the rest.

 

Anyone have an affordable place for rent? Preferably west of Lakewood/Wheat Ridge. Looking to move from this shit show of a house ASAP!

 

In this market you don't even have to try to make your house presentable when you sell. My parents and I bought a fixer house last year and this was what it looked like for the "showing"




In the end we got the house for under asking price, which isn't saying much, but still rare for Denver.

 

I'm in the same boat, I could sell my place but with the housing market the way it is I'd end up paying more for less.

 

Although if anybody wanted to make an offer on two adjoining 40acres parcels with a well each I could be persuaded to sell

 

I still like the scene when Jessie bought his Crack House from his parents in Breaking Bad. How classic. Those pics ^^^ remind me of just how much some people don't give a shit when the market is a giant CF.
