Yes, could only load 10 of 12. I'm sure it'll get better with time. But never had a Sig mag that was so stiff.

are you in a 10rd max state? There could be a spacer under the follower, or it could be pinned. No reason you you should be 2rds short loading. Maybe 1rd, because sometimes the last one is super tight... but not 2.

 

No, they're full 12 round mags. Got the final 2 in with the loader.

 

They're stiff as hell until you can cycle a few reloads through them and loosen them up.
My 12 rounders struggled to get past 11 the first few reloads.

I've got a few in stock notification emails pending on a few websites Europotic being one. Some will allow backorder but I've got so much shit on backorder I'm not going to drop close to 2k and wait until who knows when.
Hit order now button on a black one from Cabelas the other day but the site changed from in stock to not available showed in stock when I went back???. I took that as a sign to wait for FDE because FDE.

Snap-On makes a good set... think I picked this up for a little over a hundred bucks.

Flat punches are easy to find locally. But quality roll pin punches are more difficult to find.

 

If you live in America there’s a Home Depot within driving distance. Even in Alaska unless you are completely off grid. They have roll pin punches. Not sure about Lowe’s but I’m sure they do too. Comes in some red roll bag. Gripper or something.
