Anyone know where this could be possibly coming from? I hear creaks everytike I hit a small bump/ riding on a not so smooth paved road. It’s very thick and has a small smell of oil. It’s not a very strong scent but I smell it.

Pin hole in the CV boot, I'd wipe it off and see how bad it is, or if it was just a one time thing.

It's covered on the 5 year powertrain warranty if you still have it.

I’ve never seen grease eject in such a way from ball joints, but do you think they could be the issue since he mentioned noise when going over bumps? Perhaps he is like most drivers and when they see something is wrong they instantly starting hearing things they never paid attention to previously.

I’m very tedious w my truck. I notice everything. Def a new noise from front end. Appreciate your assumptions though.

I wasn’t mocking, or making assumptions regarding you or your trucks maintenance. Having fixed/diagnosed issues on tons of vehicles I just know that the owner can get paranoid when something happens, and will become extra vigilant with noises and the overall nature of the vehicle, when it very may well have been doing it the entire time.

Look like CV grease escaping from the front. If boot was damaged the grease would be towards the outside.

looks like the front cv clamp is not fully pinched. You’ll need the tool I just linked if thats the case.
