Or put the money toward a booster-type seat that has that head and neck support stuff built in and, to some degree, crash tested:

The only dad mod you need are these pedal pushers.

are your kids 4 feet tall? Me and my brothers were all 6’4 before our 17th birthdays. I guess if you live in a family of midgets a taco should serve you well ?

but we barley fit in a Honda Odyssey comfortably when we were all headed to the family thanksgiving.

so i guess being a tiny human is cool, not something you can make up for with all those cars though

Well if my 12 year old was my height of 6’2” right now I would be worried.

The other two are much younger.

This thread is about car seats and younger kids, which, with countless posts here about car seats that can be fitted 3 wide, shows that Taco indeed can be used for this purpose.

You seem to be under the impression that only “midgets” fit in the back of a Taco, so I replied with relevant information as to how my 12 year old can fit fine from a dad who is 6’2.”

And since we have been discussing car seats here, is it your take that Taco cannot accommodate children who aren’t “midgets?”

Those with Diono all-in one car seats, which model do you recommend? I see there's about 6-7 different models. We have a Britax 4 in 1 now for my 3 year old, but she has long legs and since I have her behind the passenger seat, my wife 5'6 has to scoot the seat up a bit, but im hoping to prevent that when my 10 month old switches from his carrier.

it’s been a while but my last one looked like the 3R model. It was IIRC 17” wide.

Diono are terrible rear facing, for that I had the nuna pipa which attaches to the stokke stroller that all 3 kids went through.

This is the model I have but beware there maybe newer models. My kids are 3 and 6, so car seats are no older than a couple of years. 3 across on the taco and GS. Gotta get the seat foam to make it fit better. didn’t use these when they were infants since I only heard about them after the younger child turned 1.

If a snack has to be involved, take moms 4runner. Otherwise eat before, bring a snack for after.

As a father of two, I recommend a vasectomy. It really helps from having more kids.

Was gonna make a new post but decided to bring this back from the dead, does anyone have a good product they use for a tablet (kindle fire or ipad) mount for the back seat for their kids? We have a couple long distance car rides coming up in the next month or 2 and want to get something more sturdy than a makeshift holder i have now...looking for something that fits in the middle (cup holder or headrest)
