I've got a buddy that's tossing around the idea of parting out his sequoia because he rolled it on its side.. should I see what he's wanting for the motor and do a 4.7l v8 swap on my 1st gen?

How hard did he roll it? Why not just fix it?

Only question was how long did it run on its side?

Finally found a windshield wiper reservoir after a year of looking. Went with an aftermarket for $70. My OEM was never busted and cracked like I thought. It was just a hose that connects to the pump. Now I have an extra reservoir.

no complaints but I should have investigated further before buying.

I did two on my 04 and one in my wife's 3rd gen 4runner. Finally found a good after market aluminum tank and did it on 04. I'll try and find the guy who made mine.

I ended up returning the part and they refunded me the costs.

I went to O-Reilly and they gave me a hose for free.

    wipers work now

So any guesses as to why I can’t get my rear arb to disengage even when the compressor is switched to off?

Fernando nailed it. Your solenoid is bad. Unplug the air line from the quick release on the solenoid and see if that disengages it.

Bad solenoid wouldn’t just keep it disengaged?

It could if it was leaking by. If it's holding air and not releasing it will keep the locker locked though. It's a two way valve. It let's air in and holds it when you turn the locker switch on. When you turn the locker switch off it let's that air out.

Sweet thanks for the info! I’ll browse around Amazon for that whip, I have an old CB antenna mount laying around somewhere also.
