Nice seeing the wide range of tire sizes folks are able to stick on with the leveling lift. I didn't think 285s were possible, but it looks like it's working for some. Ascetically, 265/70's seem to look the best to me. Waiting to see more 275/70s to make a final decision. Keep the pics coming folks!

Truck looks phenomenal Palanterra. Great choice of rim color. Did you put the same rim on the spare as well?

@SkyDivinTaco I will assume he also has the same size spare. To answer your question, the dealer placed my 285 tire in the spare slot and it fits perfect. Karen from Jones Toyota fitted a Forerunner rim to match the size, because my spare is a rim 16. At least this way if I ever need it, my spare is the same size. Palanterra must be too busy enjoying his truck.

The heritage grill lowers the sensor position to compensate for the lift the kit provides. I think that's important if you're interested in this lift and to have Toyotas warranty on it with their install. That said, I lifted my 2018 trd off road 2" with Bilstein 6112's and kept my stock off road grill and I haven't had any functional issues with TSS so far with my setup.

Thanks, appreciate it!! I did not (at least not yet)...Picked up an OEM Toyota 17" steelie when I purchased the TRD wheels...Thinking now that I might grab one more of the gun metal wheels for use as the spare...

I went through the same thing here in the Mid-Atlantic...Was surprising how many dealers had zero knowledge of this kit and those that did, well, their pricing was all over the map...Dealer I went with has installed six or more of these kits, was glad I found them, and they were great to work with re install/pricing...

I just got around to taking measurements.
23 inches from center of hub to wheel well all the way around.
I never had the truck stock to take measurements before.

So roughly what I was quoted in Alberta, good to know.

I am just hoping Toyota hurry’s up and makes it available for the 2019 model year.

That’s a lot of money for 2”s IMO. I get the pluses, the benefits, etc. I’m struggling to justify it in my somewhat warped mind. But I do like the look.

Got it installed and took me about 4-5 hours in total. A lot of time was spent in the rear grinding off the one of the leaf spring clips to clear the way for the AAL.

Toyota lift struts with stock coils and Wheelers 3 leaf AAL. Love it and drives great! I’m going to drive around a little more and take measurements again because I got a little over 2” in the front and about 1” in the rear. It’s sitting dead level and was hoping to keep a little bit of rake. Might need to put the overload spring back in, but we’ll see..
