I did read about the bread at Aldi, but have not been yet. I found some wraps at Publix that are I think 2 net carbs? I've also started experimenting with chaffles, but I'm not sold on them yet.

I've had some decent luck with almond flour and psyllium husk bread type stuff so far, but yeah... Still experimenting.

Bourbon is my weakness. I can't just drink a little. It's pretty much all or nothing with me.

If you're early into keto, you'll figure it out. I'm at the point where I can't stand almond flour.
Look into Carbquik. It's like bisquik but low carb. Makes amazing biscuits.

Also for keto it helps just to eat real food before you start trying to replicate your old diet. Then after you're on it a while, maybe get some Aldi bread or Rebel ice cream.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
Costco also has some "keto" loaf bread that's pretty good. Toasted or use on a grilled cheese. I found one place that makes hamburger buns that all the carbs are fiber and they're definitely a different consistency, but still a decent replacement for burgers or grilled chicken sandwiches.

I'd piss all over my fingers! And no way I can prick my fingers. I got a breath meter that if it ain't lying says I stay in ketosis.

Yeah, I started with just eating ribeyes and whole chicken breasts, chicken salads, hamburger steaks, eggs every which way, and cheese cheese cheese. But all that started getting really heavy, so I'm switching it up with salads and stuff like avocado and celery to load up on fiber and good fat.

I wish we had a Costco here. It's an hour drive to get to the nearest one.

I just did these chaffles in a mini waffle maker with one whole egg, two splashes of egg white from a carton, a decent handful of mozzarella, a couple good pinches of parmesan, tomato paste, four slices of peperoni, and three slices of pickled jalapeno. Topped with marinara after cooking. Made three chaffles, and man they were good. It was like eating these spicy little stuffed pizza waffles. No eggy taste at all, either.

Delicious BBQ is keto friendly if you skip the sauces! Just add butter!
