    I appreciate that he rubbed it and just freaking cooked it, and though I would have rested it for a couple of hours in my small cooler, looks like it came out just fine anyway.

    One thing I am looking forward to with the pellet pooper is set it and forget it, as much as I was against that cheating way of cooking before. :rofl:

    I’m sure there something lost a little with the pellet grill over a stick burner. But I just thre two racks of ribs on, set the temp and took the boat out. No adding wood, adjusting dampers, just held 250 for three hours without me having to worry about it. Now if it would just wrap them in foil for me.....

    Just bought some ditch lights... idk why. It was only $204 for the brackets and lights. Had to buy a relay holder, switch, and a bracket to hold the switch because I’m already using the blank switch location for another light bar.

    the lights are diode dynamics ss3 sport in amber. I have the pros for the fog lights.
