I installed the Expedition Essentials bedside compressor mount with the ARB twin in my 2021. Yes, that required cutting a hole in the bed and adding the bedside compartment Toyota forgot about
Measured my brother's 2016 to get the spot for the hole exact with my bed. Drilled 1/4" holes in the corners, then used a dremel and cut out the box.

I'm impressed with the Expedition Essentials mount. I'm not crazy about the small gap between the face of the box and the bedside.. Its so the ARB quick connect can fit with no issues, but I'd rather the bedside mount be deeper 1/4" and the face of the box sit flush. Oh well, either way I'm loving the outcome.



Also installed the OEM remote tailgate lock and the steel Mobtown Offroad tailgate reinforcement plate. No pictures of that but the instructions include step by step pictures. Super happy with those products as well!

 

Makes perfect sense. Now I wish I had ordered them from Amazon so I could return them. Lol

yes. You can angle the spotter portion to pretty extreme positions and leave the “normal” portion however you would like
It for driving.

these are super helpful for driving in the city with a topper.

 

You can opt out of the tracking via that same app. It was the first thing I did as soon as I got home from the dealer. If I recall correctly, I think doing so disables your SOS button though... so do at your own risk. It's all detailed in the vehicle manual.

 

What app is this, I have the entune app and none of this happens?

Not sure what year your Tacoma is? This might just be on newer models. My 2021 was definitely tracking until I opted out.

 

I put mine on in the summer and they're still rock solid through the Canadian winter. May not look like there's much there but it works

 

Thanks for the info. The “bolts” that go into the fender area are both being pushed outwards. It’s not a huge amount, but definitely noticeable. If flat against the fender is 90 degrees, then they’re maybe like 5 degrees outward.

Nothing too severe but definitely noticeable as soon as I installed them.

 

Finally got some LED lighting it is so much brighter and better color. Just waiting on my fog lights. Not sure why people complain about LED because these are night and day better than stock

 

I have Sport takeoffs, whole suspension I'm about to put on FB. UCA's on down. Winchester VA area.

 

Ordered my custom clazzio’s a week ago and got them already which was surprising given that it said up to 12 weeks. Now I have to have time to install them
