Loaded up the bike and went for a nice trail ride. First time in a long time. Fell once because I was going too slow through a patch of sugar sand. Still had a good ride. Can’t wait to do it again.

They kinda look like TRD branded 5100's to me. How much did they run you? Curious to see how they compare to 5100's. Did it give you 2" in front? Are they adjustable? Inquiring minds want to know.

What's your process for keeping the engine that clean?

 

all done easy peasy i feel a piece of mind know i have proof for someone that wants to be a jack ass in front of me would like to set up one in the rear of truck the tandem doesn't quite catch it all

 

What this set you back? I should get one for her jeep and my taco

 

its called maintenance engine cleaning i do mine every few months nice deep clean periodically i just do a quick wipe down on mine

Yeah I’m certain they are just 5100s with a different sticker as well. There might be a slight tuning difference but who knows.

I got 2 1/4” of lift on the top clip (there are 3 notches rather than 5 on the 5100s). Before measurements had a half tank of gas and TRD pro skid plate installed. After has a full tank of gas and skid plate off. Going to re-measure in a few days, but it’s safe to say I got the full 2” with Stock coils with 80k miles

 

Exactly, I feel the same way some peace of mind. I was also interested in adding another mini facing out the back. If you end up adding another let us know how it goes.

 

Yeah maintenance cleaning is the real trick. Don’t let it get too dirty in the first place. I wipe it clean every 3-4 months with Meguiars Hyper Dressing or Stoner Trim Shine. Both products work great.
