My son and I came across that place a couple years ago. We have not camped there yet, but need to try it out.

I definitely recommend it. It is very quiet and peaceful. If you and your son do any kayaking and/or fishing, they allow both of those as well. They will even drive you up the creek to drop you off and pick you up (although I’d probably just pull out at my camp). You can fish all up and down the creek. The man running the place said there are tons of brim, but we didn’t take fishing poles with us so I don’t know for sure.

Got to take my "Quarantine project" out camping to test it out off road, works like a dream. Started off as just a little trailer frame and me wanting to learn how to weld. Went through everything my truck did and did it without an issue, trailer has a 10 gallon water tank with an 80psi pump so I have on demand water for dishes, washing hands, putting out the fire etc.. nice unit, getting used to CarPlay. Old guy who owned this must’ve never listened to the radio over 25% volume because these old speakers sound pretty decent to my old car-audio-addict ear.

will probably only add one of those new fancy powered under seat sub boxes to add a tiny bit of bump.

I like them a lot, on the pricey side but output is good and I got tired of having the spyders like everyone else

Changed Spark Plugs (Toyota OEM - Amazon), Intake Air Filter (Fram - Amazon), & Cabin Air Filter (Fram - Amazon). Last changed at 90,000. The Spark Plugs and Air Filter looked like they could have gone another 90k. The Cabin Filter was the worst looking of them all.

Changed oil and filter Mobil1 5W30 Full Synthetic(?) and Mobil1 M1-102A Oil Filter (Wal Mart). Last changed at 165,008 3/24/2020. Got it all knocked out in about 2 hours.

Slowly but surely coming together. New JBA UCAs (edit: holy shit the bolts are a pain in the ass to install by yourself with all the washers) with OME Nitochargers and 886 springs bought off here from another member. Don’t have a front bumper installed yet so we’ll see how rough the ride is.

Also looks like I’m going to have to take a trip to a brake shop to get mine bled, pretty sure air got in the ABS when I changed out the front and rear hard lines, rubber lines, and calipers. Oh well!

PS if anyone wants TRD OR front and rear suspension including leaf springs for free let me know or else it’s going out for scrap. Located in SE Michigan...I’m gonna make a garage sale thread with more stuff soon

Just an oil change today, and shook down the front end for good measure. I’d say the catch can has earned its keep. Pretty religious 5k intervals with Mobil 1 since 1k miles (95k now) and the can has been on since that first change, I should run a bore scope to see if it’s as clean internally as I think it is lol
