After a lifetime of drab vehicles the color just grabbed me -- bang! Everyone who knows me was stunned when I bought it.

 

And here I am preferring drab color vehicles now adays... I'm only 31, this can't go well from this point on

 

That’s how it goes. You spend your whole life trying to be accepted and considered normal by getting the same as everyone else. Then one day you just realize that you have more life behind you than ahead of you and just say screw it, and get exactly what you want. You’ll know it has happened when you start wearing blaze orange out in public and not just when you are in the woods hunting.

 

This was my guy before his ears stood up . He is 9 years old now

Thanks! No overnights yet. Some really long days though! 29 acres in Oley. No power. No water yet but the well is drilled.

Sheesh didn’t realize that oley had open land like this Ima gonna have to help out with some stuff and check out this bed rack i keep eyeing up!

 

What a windy day. We bought my grandson a trampoline so he can get some sun and exercise. It will accommodate him and up to two friends, once things get back to normal, like this summer. The entire family worked on putting it up this afternoon and hardly an argument.

The way we treated my trampoline growing up, those nets would have caused more injuries than they prevented.

One time we lined it up so we could get up on the roof of the house, jump off onto the trampoline, and bounce into the pool.

On another note, I did more weird position TIG today than I've done in a long ass time.

My childhood was thankfully free of camera phones.

On the welding, we have a strict no-pictures policy on the plant floor. Suffice to say that when you've broken half inch steel plate, like literally tore the plate, you just shrug and get to welding.

I put the net on. I might shed it though. His one friend I know won't be allowed in without the net. The boy's mother is very cautious.
