    Hello,

I have the 2021 tacoma trd pro.

I'm looking at mounting a compressor in the engine area and found some locations but it seems that something might go there as an add on or something. 2 nutplates engine left and a 3 stud on the right. The pictures should show the general location and then another shot of the mount.
Also compressor and mounting location suggestions would be great

The mounting holes by the brake booster are for the clutch fluid reservoir, you can use it for sure.

I'm curious why folks are using vehicle mounted compressors instead of portable? If it's for lockers I get it. But if it's just for airing tires back up after wheeling it just seems like portable compressor makes sense. Especially when these trucks give 12v and 120v options

For me its about always having that safety net even when I'm not off roading. I also don't like stuff in the truck bed and can't keep it in the cab as my 2 kids will destroy it.
