    well at that speed with 4.88’s it’s impossible to not be in 6th otherwise my RPMs would be very high and running even hotter. ECT was on

    it would be worse to not be in 6th at that speed. It tows great in 6th on the freeway, look at my gps speed in the post... 6th is for the freeway. This was with ECT on

    That's looks great for towing! I had worse numbers than that once on a tune I made just in 10 miles! Ha! They say 260 or higher is when you want to worry.

    Kruiser 4.0 makes 6th very nice. My truck hits 6th easily when cruising. It’s honestly a real joy to drive now. Taking the trailer off and coming back home I was cruising nicely at 85mph getting 17mpg. When the weight is off it feels powered well

    But you can actually tow in 6th gear with 4K hooked to your truck?
    You should really try Ultimate_Daily, I think you'll love it. 6th is only absent in ECT Power.

    Every 3rd gen AT needs a regear. It’s amazing how much different my MT drives than the AT, all due to the gearing..

    set me up with it 04B04.

    I still can’t imagine going 70mph or over in 5th in my truck with no shift into 6th when cruising (even towing). My RPMs would be pushing a constant 3k if it sits at 2400 at 75mph now in 6th.


    Keep in mind it will hit 5th easily if I give it a touch of gas, but when it is flat and 65mph or higher, 6th stays.
